Terms

• SpamLift reads public DNS records for the domain you enter and reports on email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, MX) and public blocklists. The free grade is provided as is.
• The paid fix plan ($29 USD, one-time, per domain) gives DNS records and setup steps generated for your domain and the providers you select, and unlimited live rechecks on your plan page.
• You make the DNS changes yourself. Check each record before saving it; we are not responsible for changes made in your DNS or for third-party provider outages.
• SpamLift improves email authentication. It does not guarantee inbox placement, which also depends on content, list quality and complaint rates.
• Payments are processed by Stripe on a hosted checkout. We never see or store your card details.
• Don't use the service to probe domains you have no reason to check at scale or to abuse it with automated requests.

Refunds

If the fix plan doesn't help, email hello@spamlift.com within 14 days of purchase and we refund the full $29. No forms, no questions about why. Refunds go back to the original card and usually show in 5-10 business days.

Privacy

• The free checker stores nothing about you. Results for a domain are cached for a few minutes to keep things fast.
• For paid plans we keep the domain, the providers you tick, the purchase date and your email address (from checkout) so your plan page works and we can handle refunds. We delete this 90 days after purchase.
• We don't sell or share your data. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy.
• No tracking pixels, no ad cookies.
